1. Personal Purity – a priesthood leader will not lead without purity. Become a conduit for revelation
2. Family – put family life in order
3. Example – lead by example. Worship in the temple – stop moaning and complaining and just go. Rescue lost sheep – critical need in our stake. Invite others to hear the gospel.
4. Love – love the Lord by serving your flock. Pray for charity.
5. Vision – obtain a clear vision of your ministry and share it with those _among_ whom you preside.
