		<description>Hey, we're (almost) living the same life.  We just got a dog, too, also a black lab (at least that's what your's looks like).  I promised Joshua that he could see the puppies at the pet adoption center -- with reminders that I had also promised all the family that I would not be getting a dog again, EVER.  Well, somehow a miracle occured, and now we have a dog.  And I even like and love him.  
Sounds like you guys are keeping busy, and it also sounds like it's a good thing that you didn't end up going to Israel.  Scary times.
Well, I'm happy for all the good and great in your life.  Love you so much.
